For Veterans: All veterans must fill out an application to be selected for a flight. This involves divulging certain personal and medical information, so that we can make certain the veteran can physically make the flight. The complete application form is available here. For Guardians: Volunteers between the ages of 18-69 can apply to be a guardian and will be required to pay the costs of their trip which is approximately $500.
